Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging and include the completed return form inside the box to ensure faster processing.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

Drop Off & Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
